USTM Recruitment 2023: Advanced Research Centre, University of Science & Technology Meghalaya has released an employment notification for the recruitment of the Senior Research Officer, Junior Research Officer, and Scientific Officer. 1. Post Name:- Senior Research Officer
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Salary:- Rs. 40,000 to 65,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification:- Ph.D. Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/ Applied Sciences/ Physical Sciences from any recognized University/ institution having at least three years of research experience in any reputed organization.
- Desirable:
(i) Knowledge of important research techniques and approaches.
(ii) Proficiency in research methodologies/ gathering and processing research data
2. Post Name:- Junior Research Officer
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Salary:- Rs. 30,000 to 45,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification:- M.Sc Degree in Applied Sciences/ Physical Sciences/ Life Sciences from any recognized university institution, Candidates having experience working in research laboratories shall be preferred.
3. Post Name:- Scientific Officer
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Salary:- Rs. 30,000 to 45,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification:- Ph.D. Sc in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Zoology/ Botany/ Physics having experience in handling sophisticated Instruments for a minimum of two years in reputed research laboratories institutions.
- Essentials:-
(i) Ability to handle Analytical Instruments like GCMS, and TG-DTA. HPLC, AAS, RT-PCR, etc.
(ii) Proficiency in Research Data analysis and interpretation.
