IITG Guwahati Recruitment 2023: The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), Guwahati, Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 10 JRF, Technical Staff, Technical Assistants, Lab Assistants, Scientific Administrative Assistants, and Lab Attendant vacancies. The last date for submission of the application is September 09, 2023.

1. Post Name: Technical Staff

• No. of post: 01 (One)
• Educational Qualification: (i) MTech/ME in Engineering with 03 years of experience (ii) BTech/BE in Engineering with 05 years of experience or (iii) MSc/MA in any stream with 06 years of experience. Candidates having experience in skill/ teaching would be preferred. It is desired to have excellent knowledge of English and the candidate is expected to have experience in writing letters, reports, etc.
• Emolument: Rs. 46,000/- per month.

2. Post Name: Technical Assistant

• No. of posts: 02 (Two)
• Educational Qualification: (i) MTech/ME in Engineering or (ii) BTech/BE in Engineering or MCA with 02 years of experience. Candidates having experience in skill/teaching would be preferred.
• Emolument: Rs. 31,000/- per month.

3. Post Name: Lab Assistant

• No. of posts: 02 (Two)
• Educational Qualification: (i) MSc/BSc in Electronics/CSE/IT, or (ii) Diploma in Engineering and Technology, preferably with min. 2 years of work experience.
• Emolument: Rs. 20,000/- per month.

4. Post Name: Scientific Administrative Assistant (SAA)

• No. of posts: 02 (Two)
• Educational Qualification: (i) MSc/BSc in Electronics/CSE/IT, or (ii) Diploma in Engineering and Technology, preferably with min. 1 year of work experience.
• Emolument: Rs. 18,000/- per month.

5. Post Name: Lab Attendant

• No. of posts: 02 (Two)
• Educational Qualification: Min. High school pass with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Emolument: Rs. 15,000/- per month.

6. Post Name: JRF

• No. of posts: 02 (Two)
• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics or Electronics and Communications or computer science and engineering or equivalent.
• Emolument: Rs. 15,000/- per month.
