NIT Manipur Recruitment 2023: The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Manipur has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of 48 non-teaching vacancies. The last date for submission of the application is September 05, 2023.

1. Post Name: Assistant Registrar

• No. of post: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.
• Desirable Qualification: (i) Qualification in the area of Management/Engineering/Law. (ii) Experience working in an E-Office system. (iii) A Chartered or Cost Accountant for the post of Assistant Registrar (Finance & Accounts).
• Age limit: 35 years.

2. Post Name: Library and Information Assistant

• No. of post: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualification: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce from a recognized University/ Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science.
• Desirable Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking, PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized Institution.
• Age limit: 30 years.

3. Post Name: Technical Assistant

• No. of posts: 15 [SC: 02, ST: 01, OBC: 03, EWS: 01 & UR: 08]
• Essential Qualification: First Class or equivalent Grade in B.E/B.Tech/MCA in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute. Or First-Class Diploma in Engineering in a relevant field with an excellent academic record. Or First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute. Or Master’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.
• Age limit: 30 years.

4. Post Name: Junior Engineer

• No. of post: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualification: First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Or First-Class Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering with excellent academic record.
• Age limit: 30 years.

5. Post Name: Superintendent

• No. of posts: 04 (UR: 03 & OBC: 01)
• Essential Qualification: (i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline. Or Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. (ii) Knowledge of computer applications viz., word processing, spreadsheet.
• Age limit: 30 years.

6. Post Name: Junior Assistant

• No. of posts: 03 (UR: 01, ST: 01 & OBC: 01)
• Essential Qualification: Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer word processing and spreadsheets.
• Desirable Qualification: Proficiency in other computer skills; stenography skills.
• Age limit: 27 years.

7. Post Name: Technician

• No. of posts: 15 (ST: 04, OBC: 02 & UR: 09)
• Essential Qualification: Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a Government recognized board with at least 60% marks. Or Senior Secondary (10+2) from a government-recognized board with at least 50% marks and an ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade. Or Secondary (10) with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade. Or a Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in a relevant field from a government Polytechnic/Institute.
• Age limit: 27 years.

8. Post Name: Office Attendant/Lab. Attendant

• No. of posts: 08 (ST: 02, OBC: 01 & UR: 05)
• Essential Qualification: Office Attendant: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board. Lab. Attendant: Senior Secondary (10+2) in science from a recognized board.
• Age limit: 27 years.

• Rs. 500/- for General and OBC
• Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates.
• Women and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
