• Salary:- As per IIPH Shillong norms.
• Essential Qualification:-
  # Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.
  # Written and oral fluency in the local language and English.
  # Proven experience in conducting field research and data collection in health projects.
  # Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Desirable:-
  # Master’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, and allied health discipline.
  # Proficiency in using electronic data collection tools and software platforms (e.g., KOBO, ODK).
  # Ability to work independently in field settings, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

2. Post Name:- Field Coordinator

• No of posts:- 1
• Location:- Shillong, Meghalaya
• Salary:- As per IIPH Shillong norms.
• Essential Qualification:-
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.
  2. Proficiency in both written and oral communication in the local language and English.
  3. Proven experience in conducting field research and data collection, particularly in health projects.
  4. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Desirable:-
  1. Master’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related health discipline.
  2. Proficient in using electronic data collection tools and software platforms (e.g., KOBO, ODK).
  3. Capability to work independently in field settings, showcasing resilience, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
