• Location:- Preferably Tura
• Age limit:- 25- 35 years.
• Salary:- INR 15,000 to 22,000/- (+ incentives+ PF+ ESI)
• Educational Qualification:-
  1. Degree/ Diploma in Agriculture/ Agronomy/ Plant pathology/ Entomology.
  2. Knowledge of local language and cultivation processes.
• Other Requisites:-
  1. Candidates must be open to extensive travel & have their own conveyance.
  2. Must have 3+ years of experience in working in an agriculture project.
• Job Description:-
  1. Register & manage FPCs to ensure project deadlines are met.
  2. Business planning for FPCs.
  3 Market linkages & Value Addition for FPCs.
  4. Liaising & Partnerships.
  5. Manage field teams.

2. Post Name:- District Resource Person

• No of posts:- 8 [2 each in Tikrikilla, Selsella, Gambagre & Rongram]
• Salary:- INR 9,000 to 10,000/-(+ incentives+ PF+ ESI)
• Educational Qualification:-
  1. Intermediate (12th Pass).
  2. Knowledge of local language and Computer skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal to be able to convince farmers.
• Other Requisites:-
  1 Candidates must be open to travel (field work) & have their own conveyance.
  2 Must be local to the project area.
• Job Description:-
  1. Conducting base line survey.
  2. Farmer Mobilization.
  3. Assisting FPC Manager with various other tasks.
  4. Conducting farmer trainings & demonstrations.
