Advancing North East is a digital initiative conceptualized by the North Eastern Council (NEC), Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (M-DoNER), and Govt. of India and implemented by the North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd (NEDFi). It is a one-stop solution web portal for the youth of North East in the field of Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship.
