BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released an employment notification to recruit 232 Probationary engineers, Probationary officers (HR), and Probationary Accounts Officer vacancies. The last date for submission of the application is October 28, 2023.

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering Graduate
• Pay Scale: 40,000-3%- 1,40,000 CTC: 12 lacs 12.5 lacs
• Age Limit: 25 years as of 01.09.2023.

2. Post Name: Probationary Officer (HR)

• No. of Posts: 12
• Educational Qualification: Two years MBA/MSW/PG Degree/PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt./ Industrial Relations/Personnel Mgt
• Pay Scale: 40,000-3%- 1,40,000 CTC: 12 lacs 12.5 lacs
• Age Limit: 25 years as of 01.09.2023.

3. Post Name:  Probationary Accounts Officer

• No. of Posts: 12
• Educational Qualification: CA/CMA Final
• Pay Scale: 40,000-3%- 1,40,000 CTC: 12 lacs 12.5 lacs
• Age Limit: 30 years as of 01.09.2023.

BEL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit

Candidates belonging to the GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1000/- + GST, i.e., Rs. 1180/-.SC/ST/ PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
