Gender

- Vehicle Mechanic: 18 to 27 years as on 24 November 2025.
- MSW (all trades): 18 to 25 years as on 24 November 2025.

- Vehicle Mechanic: Matriculation (10th) + certificate in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle / Diesel / Heat Engine) from ITI / recognized training body.
- MSW (Painter): Matriculation + Painter certificate from ITI / ITC / NCVT / State Council for Vocational Training.
- MSW (DES): Matriculation + Certificate of Mechanic (Motor/Vehicle/Tractor) from ITI / ITC / NCVT / State Council for Vocational Training.
