Desired Qualification	MBA
Experience	Minimum 7 years of similar experience. Experience in Monitoring/implementation of State/Central Government Projects/Externally Aided Projects/ Programs at the Field level Experience in Socio-development related sectors Knowledge of Quality tools & processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in local languages of the state

3. Post Name: Project Associate

Essential Qualification	Any Post Graduate OR PhD
Experience	Minimum 5 years of similar experience. Experience in working in a govt setup/Process Knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in Government file work/General Administration Good communication skills, report preparations, and PPTs.
