EMRS Recruitment 2023: Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 4062 Principal, PGT, Accountant, JSA and Lab Attendant vacancies of teaching and non-teaching staff in EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE)-2023. The last date for submission of the application is July 31, 2023.

1. Post Name: Principal

  • No. of posts: 303
  • Pay Matrix: Level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200/-)
  • Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute ii) B.Ed. degree.
  • Experience: Persons having 12 years of combined experience as Vice Principal/PGT/TGT with a minimum of 4 years as PGT and above.
  • Desirable: (i) Experience working in a fully residential school. (ii) Proficiency in English, Hindi and Regional Language. (iii) Working knowledge of computers.
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

2. Post Name: PGT

  • No. of posts: 2266
  • Pay Matrix: Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100/-)
  • Qualification: Post Graduate degree from any recognized University/Institute deemed as a university with relevant subjects.
  • Experience: B.Ed. Degree. (In case of integrated 4 years degree course, B. Ed. is not required).
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

3. Post Name: PGT (Computer Science)

  • No. of posts: 2266
  • Pay Matrix: Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100/-)
  • Qualification: M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) MCA from a recognized University/Institute. OR M.E. Or M. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

4. Post Name: Accountant

  • No. of posts: 361
  • Pay Matrix: Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-)
  • Qualification: Degree of Commerce from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

5. Post Name: Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

  • No. of posts: 759
  • Pay Matrix: Level-2 (Rs. 19900-63200/-)
  • Qualification: Senior Secondary (Class XII) certificate from a recognized Board and possessing a minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English typing or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing.
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

6. Post Name: Lab Attendant

  • No. of posts: 373
  • Pay Matrix: Level-1 (Rs. 18000-56900/-)
  • Qualification: 10th Class Pass with a certificate/diploma in Laboratory technique OR 12th Class with science stream from a recognized board/university.
  • Age limit: Up to 30 years Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employee

Application Fee of EMRS Teaching & Non-Teaching

# Principal: Rs. 2000/-
# PGT: Rs. 1500/-
# Non-teaching Staff: Rs. 1000/-
# No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories.
# Candidates have to pay fees separately if he/she is applying for more than one post.
# Fee Payable for ESSE-2023: Processing charges on the applications fee and Goods & Service Taxes (GST) thereon as applicable, are to be borne by the candidate at the time of transaction.

How to Apply for EMRS Vacancy?

# Candidates are required to apply through “Online” mode only for the post(s) as per the advertisement/ vacancy circular. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
# A candidate may apply for more than one post if he/she is eligible. In such cases, the candidate will have to pay the requisite fee separately for each post as applicable. However, for the PGT post, eligible candidates can apply for one/single subject only.
# Candidates shall ensure that the information entered by them in their respective online Application Forms is correct. Information provided by the candidates in their respective online Application Forms, like, name of the candidate, contact/address details, category, PwBD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, and choice of exam cities experience detail will be treated as final.
