EXIM Bank Recruitment 2023: Management Trainee Vacancy (45 Posts)

EXIM Bank Recruitment 2023Export-Import Bank of India, EXIM Bank has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Management Trainee in Banking Operations, Digital Technology, Rajbhasha, and Administration. The last date for submission of the application is 10.11.2023.

1. Post Name:- Management Trainee (Banking Operations)

  • No of posts:- 35 [UR:16, SC:5, ST:2, OBC:9, EWS:3, PwBD:1]
  • Essential Qualification:-
    (i) Minimum 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation.
    (ii) Post Graduation (MBA/ PGDBA or equivalent) with specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full-time duration, with a specialization in Finance with a minimum 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent CGPA. In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.
    (iii) Candidates who have appeared/ appearing for the final examination in Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy and are expecting their results in the year 2024 are eligible to apply

2. Post Name:- Management Trainee (Digital Technology)

  • No of posts:- 7 [UR:5, SC:1, OBC:1]
  • Essential Qualification:-
    Minimum 60% or equivalent grade in B.E/B. Tech Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication.
    OR
    MCA with minimum 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent CGPA in Graduation & MCA.

3. Post Name:- Management Trainee (Rajbhasha)

  • No of posts:- 2 [UR:2]
  • Essential Qualification:-
    Minimum 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent CGPA in Graduation.
    AND
    Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;
    OR
    Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
    OR
    Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level.
    OR
    Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level.
    OR
    Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of this as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.
  • Desirable Qualification:-
    (i) Knowledge of any Indian language other than Hindi mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India.
    (ii) Diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized institute or university.
    (iii) instead of a diploma or certificate course candidates having at least one year of postqualification experience in implementing the Official Language Policy of the Government of India or candidates having relevant experience in translation in any organization of repute may also apply.

4. Post Name:- Management Trainee (Administration)

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Essential Qualification:-
    B.E/B. Tech Degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent CGPA.
    OR
    Post Graduate qualification in Hotel and Hospitality Management/ Facilities Management with minimum 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent CGPA, in Graduation and Post Graduation.

Age limit

Not below 21 years and not above 28 years as of October 01, 2023. Relaxation in the upper age limit shall be as below:

  • Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST): 33 Years
  • Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 31 Years
  • PwBD(SC/ST): 43 Years
  • PwBD (OBC-NCL): 41 Years
  • PwBD (UR/ EWS): 38 Years

Salary

  • Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM-I) as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of a training period for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of Rs. 55,000/- will be paid during the period of training. The pay band for Deputy Managers (JM-I) appointed in the service of the Bank shall be (Rs. 36000 – 1490 – 46430 – 1740 – 49910 – 1990 – 63840) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.
