• Duration of the work: The contract period has been envisioned for a year, and will be extended based on performance. Timings: 35 – 40 hours in a week. Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Holidays.
• Candidate requirement:
  # Minimum Qualification: 12th Passed
  # 1-2 years minimum working experience or freshers.
  # Hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
  # Good Verbal communication skills.
  # Basic English spoken and written.
  # Basic computer skills with the ability to work in Microsoft Office and Excel. Good typing skills
  # A good team player, open to learning, and able to work independently.
• Job Description and Responsibilities:
  # Performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
  # Handling office correspondence; incoming and outgoing letters and delivery of letters.
  # Maintaining files to keep track of important documents of organization and programs.
  # Organise travel arrangements for team and visitors.
  # Data entry as required for programs and administration.
  # Organise and manage inventory of office supplies related to programs and administration. Handling quotations and ordering new materials and supplies as needed.
  # Support the team during programs and events like arranging program materials
  and refreshments.
  # Handling bank work
  # Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
