IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024 notification for Specialist Cadre Officer vacancy.

IDBI Bank Ltd. has released an employment notification to recruit the various Specialist Cadre Officers i.e. Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Manager- Grade B. The last date to apply is 15.09.2024.

1. Post Name: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C

  • No of posts: 25 [UR:13, SC:6, ST:2, OBC:7, EWS:3]
  • Functional Area: Corporate Credit/ Retail Banking (including Retail Credit)
  • Age limit: 28 to 40 years. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1984 and not later than 01.08.1996. (both dates inclusive). The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
  • Salary: Pay level Rs. 85920- 2680(5)- 99320- 2980(2)-105280 (8 years). Gross emolument for metro cities will be Rs. 157000/- per month (approx.)
  • Essential Qualification: Post-Graduate degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/ CAIIB/ MBA shall be preferred.
  • Experience:
    # Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in Corporate Finance/ Corporate Credit/ Retail Credit (functions viz. Sanction/ Credit Monitoring/ credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, Branch Head having credit experience, etc.) in Scheduled Commercial Banks (as defined under RBI Act).
    # Out of the above, minimum 4 years experience in Corporate/ Retail finance in the areas viz. credit sourcing & appraisal of large ticket size loans, documentation, credit administration/operations, credit risk, Credit recovery, etc.

2. Post Name: Manager- Grade B

  • No of posts: 31 [UR:10, SC:3, ST:3, OBC:7, EWS:2]
  • Functional Area: Corporate Credit/ Retail Banking (including Retail Credit)
  • Age limit: 25 to 35 years. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1989 and not later than 01.08.1999. (both dates inclusive). The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
  • Salary: Pay level Rs. 64820-2340(1)-67160-2680 (10)-93960 (12 years). Gross emolument for metro cities will be Rs. 119000/- per month (approx.)
  • Essential Qualification: Graduation from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/ CAIIB/ MBA shall be preferred.
  • Experience:
    # Minimum 4 years of experience as an Officer or equivalent in Corporate Finance/ Corporate Credit (Credit functions viz. Sanction/ Credit Monitoring/ credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, etc.) in Scheduled Commercial Banks as defined under the RBI Act.
