Essential Qualification
- At least a Graduate in Social Science, Social Work, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Research Associates/Field Managers in recruiting and training field staff
- Monitor staff attendance and payment disbursements
- Support logistical arrangements and field survey operations (qualitative & quantitative)
- Help set up and implement data quality checks
- Translate and review survey tools and questionnaires
- Provide translation support across Hindi, English, and local languages
- Prepare field operation materials and assist in training
- Conduct pilot studies, collect data, and give structured feedback
- Coordinate with Partner Organizations and track their activities
- Liaise with local government officials and partner stakeholders
- Maintain administrative records: car logs, inventory, equipment, etc.
