1. Post Name:- Senior Manager (UI/UX)

• Age limit:- 26 to 35 Years as of 01.10.2021.
• Salary:- Approximate total monthly Cost to Company Rs. 5,83,333.00
• Educational Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:- Minimum 6 years of experience in User Interface/ User Experience in Officer Cadre is mandatory.

2. Post Name:- DGM- Program/Vendor Management

• No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
• Age limit:- 35 to 55 Years as of 01.10.2021.
• Salary:- Approximate total monthly Cost to Company Rs. 2,35,000.00
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience:- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience is mandatory as of minimum of 5 years of experience in program management/ vendor management in banking/ financial services mandatory at the senior management level.

3. Post Name:- Chief Technology Officer

• No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
• Age limit:- 38 to 55 Years as of 01.10.2021.
• Salary:- Approximate total monthly Cost to Company Rs. 2,18,000.00
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience:- The Candidate must have an overall experience of at least 15 years in Banking-IT related areas/projects involving Payment Technologies, Internet Banking/ Mobile Commerce space predominantly out of which 5 years preferably should be at senior management level/managing or implementing large IT projects in Banks or Financial Institutions/Fintech.

4. Post Name:- Chief Compliance Officer

• No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
• Age limit:- 38 to 55 Years as of 01.10.2021.
• Salary:- Approximate total monthly Cost to Company Rs. 1,06,000.00
• Educational Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline.
• Preferable:-
  1. CA/CS/MBA Finance/Post Graduate degree or equivalent is preferred.
  2. Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF is preferred.
• Experience:- The CCO shall have an overall experience of at least 15 years in the banking or financial services ou of which a minimum of 5 years shall be in the Audit/ Finance/ Compliance/ Legal/ Risk Management functions at the senior management level.

• The selected officers will be posted at Corporate Office, New Delhi. However, officers may be posted anywhere in India. Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
