Indian Airforce Recruitment 2023: Indian Air Force invites ONLINE applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for selection tests from 20th May 2023 onwards to join the IAF as an AGNIVEERVAYU. 10+2 Pass candidates can apply. The last date for submission of the application is 31st March 2023.

- No of posts:- The number and employability of female candidates will be decided as per service requirements.
- Age limit:- Candidates born between 26th December 2002 and 26th June 2006 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply. In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of enrolment should be 21 years.
- Marital Status:- Only unmarried Indian male and female candidates are eligible for enrolment as Agniveervayu in IAF
- Educational Qualification:-
- (a) Science Subjects
Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from an Education Board listed as a COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).
OR
Passed Two years of Vocational courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Mathematics from State Education Boards/ Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational courses (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in the vocational course). - (b) Other than Science Subjects
Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination in any subjects approved by Central/ State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed two years’ vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course or Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
Salary of Indian Air Force Agniveervayu
# 1st Year: Rs. 30,000/- per month (In Hand Rs. 21,000/- per month)
# 2nd Year: Rs. 33,000/- per month (In Hand Rs. 23,100/- per month)
# 3rd Year: Rs. 36,500/- per month (In Hand Rs. 25,580/- per month)
# 4th Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month (In Hand Rs. 28,000/- per month)
# Exit after 4 years: Rs 10.04 lakhs plus accrued interest
# Life Insurance Cover: Rs 48 lakhs
# On completion of the engagement period of four years, Agniveers will be eligible to receive the ‘Seva Nidhi’ package, which shall comprise their contribution (into the Agniveer Corpus Fund) and a matching contribution from the Government and interest on the accumulated amount.
