MBDA Apprentice Recruitment 2024: The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority has released an employment notification for the recruitment of the 06 (six) six-month “Spring Shed Management Apprenticeship” Program. The last date for submission of the application is 27th March 2024.
Apprenticeship Program Name:- Spring Shed Management
- No of seats:- 5
- Course Duration:- 6 Months
- Salary:- Rs. 7,000 per month
- Essential Qualification:- Graduate in Geology/ Hydrology/ Water Resource/ Forestry/ Civil Engineering or relevant subjects, high school Diploma with science stream (Mathematics as compulsory), ITI draftsman.
- Experiences:
# A basic understanding of Spring shed Management, Watershed Management, Hydrogeological Assessments, and Natural Resources Management is desired. - Skill Sets Desired:-
# Technical Surveys, Use of GPS/Compass, Computer operating, Google Earth, Effective Communication-Persuasion & negotiations. - Other Requirements:- Basic numeric computing, physically fit, Open to work in remote-field-based assignments, good at walking/ trekking.

Candidates are to fill out the application form on or before 27th March 2024 (5:00 PM).
Selection Process
- Apart from the filled Application Form, Resume & Certificates, a “Cover Letter” stating your interest & willingness to take up this “Apprenticeship Training Program” is a must.
- Selection is based on merit as per mark secured in the degree/ diploma course as mentioned against each Apprentice post would be one part of the selection process.
- Written Exam/ Personal Interview.
