Eligibility Criteria

Post Name: Research Associate (SHSRC)

Qualification	Post Graduate in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Gender Studies, Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant social science disciplines from a recognized institution. Graduates with over 2 years of relevant experience in field research, report writing, or data analysis are also eligible.
Experience	Work experience in health programs and community institutions preferred. Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills. Must know any local language – Khasi, Garo, or Pnar.
IT Skills	Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
