MBMA Recruitment 2022: The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of  Manager & Programme Associate positions on a contractual basis to be posted at Shillong. The last date for submission of the application is 25.08.2022.

1. Post Name:- Manager (HR Training & Development)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Age limit:- Upto 45 years
• Salary:- Rs. 40,000/- plus allowances
• Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Psychology or related disciplines specialized in organizational development and training.
• Desired Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 (five) years of comprehensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning and development programs that support full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.

2. Post Name:- Assistant Manager (Payroll)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Age limit:- Upto 45 years
• Salary:- Rs. 27,000/- plus allowances
• Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or any related disciplines.
• Desired Experience & Skills: Minimum 03 (three) years of proven working experience as a Payroll Executive having extensive knowledge in payroll management including EPF processing with sound knowledge of statutory compliances

3. Post Name:- Programme Associate (HR)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Age limit:- Upto 45 years
• Salary:- Rs. 17,000/- plus allowances
• Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or any related disciplines.
• Desired Experience & Skills: At least one year of working experience in HR administrative functions with sound knowledge.
