• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture Rural Development/ Commerce OR MSW with specialization in Livelihood & Social Entrepreneurship OR MA/MSC with specialization in Sustainable Livelihood and Natural Resource Governance.
• Desired Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of work experience in livelihood promotion/ Community mobilization/ enterprises or rural development projects.
• Essential Skills:-
  1. Good written and verbal communication.
  2. Computer literacy with MS package, Spread Sheets, and PowerPoint Presentation

• Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Accountancy or BBA or MBA in Financial Management, Accounting & Finance.
• Desired Experience:-
  1. Minimum 6 months of experience h accounts, taxation, and financial management with good knowledge in the chart of accounts or accounting procedures.
  2. Preferably with computerized accountancy or tally latest version
• Essential Skills:-
  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Computer Literacy with general MS package, spreadsheet, and data analysis.

3. Post Name:- Assistant Manager/Programme Associate-Environment Management

• No of posts:- 2
• Place of posting:- Resubelpara, North Garo Hills and Ampati, South West Garo Hills
• Salary:- Rs. 24000/- (For Assistant Manager) & Rs. 17000 (For Programme Associate)
• Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in Environmental Science, Earth Science, Forestry, Agriculture, Natural Resource Management or MBA in Environment Management, B.Tech in Environmental Engineering and Management, or B.Tech in Energy and Environmental Engineering.
• Desired Experience:-
  1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience for the position of Assistant Manager and 0 to 2 years of work experience for the position of Programme Associate in environmental and natural resource management projects.
  2. Preferably with an experience in rehabilitation of degraded forest, land, water, and soil management.
• Essential Skills:-
  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Trained in GIS & Remote Sensing Application.
  3. Computer literacy with general MS package, spreadsheet, data analysis, etc.
