- Period of engagement:- The engagement is purely contractual for an initial period of one year and is likely to be extended depending on the performance and requirements thereof.
- Emoluments:- The monthly emoluments will be commensurate with the qualifications, and experience of the candidates and it is negotiable.
- Eligibility Criteria:- At least five years experience in legal matters relating to civil & criminal matters (preferably relating to Power Sectors), regulatory matters such as Regulation, Tariff Petition Filing, Tariff Fixation, appearing before Regulators, Commissions, Tribunals, Forums & Court, etc.
