Technical & Analytical Skills	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling large datasets. Excellent report writing, policy analysis, and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Other Skills	Proven leadership and team management experience. Past work with the government preferred Strong organisational and project management skills.
