Meghalaya SPCB Recruitment 2023: Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board has released an employment notification to recruit Junior Scientific Assistant,  Field Assistant, and Office Assistant Vacancies under the National Air Monitoring Program (NAMP). Interested and Eligible candidates will attend the walk-in interview on 13 September 2023.

1. Post Name:- Junior Scientific Assistant (JSA)

• No of posts:- 9 (Preferably Male)
• Location-wise vacancy list:-
  1. West Garo Hills District: 3 Posts
  2. Ampati: 1 Post
  2. Dawki: 1 Post
  3. Umiam: 1 Post
  4. Jaintia Hills District: 1 Post
  5. East Khasi Hills District: 2 Posts
• Age limit:- 18-32 years with 5 years relaxation of upper age limit for ST/SC.
• Salary:- Rs. 18,000/- per month + TA/DA as per rules.
• Minimum Essential Qualification:- Bachelor of Science from a Recognized University/Institution.

2. Post Name:- Field Assistant (FA)

• No of posts:- 23
• Location-wise vacancy list:-
  1. West Garo Hills District: 5 Posts
  2. Ampati: 3 Posts
  3. Dawki: 1 Post
  4. Umiam: 1 Post
  5. Jaintia Hills District: 1 Post
  6. East Khasi Hills District: 5 Posts
  7. Byrnihat: 2 Posts
  8. Khliehriat: 2 Posts
  9. Nongstoin: 3 Posts

• Age limit:- 18-32 years with 5 years relaxation of upper age limit for ST/SC.
• Salary:- Rs. 14,000/- per month + TA/DA as per rules.
• Minimum Essential Qualification:- 12th Science from a Recognized University/Board.

3. Post Name:- Office Assistant (OA)

• No of posts:- 1
• Age limit:- 18-32 years with 5 years relaxation of upper age limit for ST/SC.
• Salary:- Rs. 14,000/- per month
• Minimum Essential Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a Recognized University/Institution and having completed a minimum 1(one-year Certificate Course in computer application from a recognized university/institution.
