• Educational Qualification & Experience:-
  1. PG/PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work/ MBA from recognized University/ Institution
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, should have worked for SHGs/ Community Organizations/ Cooperatives.
  3. Individuals having experience in training rural mass would be preferable.
