- Salary: Rs. 35,000/- Basic + HRA, TA & other allowances
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBA or Post Graduate in: Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Population Studies, or Engineering
- Additional qualification in Statistics & Data Analysis
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks at the PG level
Desired Experience
- 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, planning
- Experience in data analysis, research, documentation
- Knowledge of rural development programs
- Work experience in Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations
- Work exposure in Khasi/Jaintia and Garo regions
Language Requirement
Fluency in English and at least one local language is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional local dialect is an advantage.
