NEIGRIHMS Recruitment 2024: Group A Posts (Deputation/Direct Recruitment)

1. Post Name:- Deputy Registrar

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- Deputation (including short-term contract)/Direct Recruitment
  • Age limit for Direct Recruitment:- 45 years
  • Salary:- Pay Level-11
  • Eligibility criteria for deputation (including short-term contract): Officers from Central/State Government, Autonomous Organisations, Research Institutions, Universities, and Statutory Bodies holding:-
    (A) (i) analogous posts regularly, or
    (ii) with five years of regular service in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent, or
    (iii) with 6 years of regular service in the Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade Pay Rs.4800/- or equivalent, or
    (iv) with 7 years of regular service in the Pay Band-2, Rs.9300-34800/- Grade Pay Rs.4600/- or equivalent and
    (B) should be a graduate preferably postgraduate in science and have at least five years experience in a University/Teaching Institution in the area of administration in a supervisory capacity including the conduct of examination and admission at graduate and post-graduate level, preparation, and arrangement of academic and teaching programs in undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses. The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 (three) years at a time. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation should not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of the application.
  • Eligibility criteria for Direct Recruitment:
    1. Must be a graduate, preferably Post-Graduate in science.
    2. At least 5 (five) years of experience in the Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- in a University/Teaching Institution in the area of administration in a supervisory capacity including the conduct of examination and admission, arrangement of teaching programs in Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate Medical courses.

2. Post Name:- Deputy Medical Superintendent

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- By Direct Recruitment/ Deputation/ Contract
  • Age limit for Direct Recruitment: 40 years
  • Salary:- Pay Level-11
  • Eligibility criteria for Direct Recruitment:
    1. A medical qualification included in the first schedule to Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualification included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13 (3) of the Act.
    2. MD/MS degree recognized by MC.
    3. The candidate must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
    4. Five years experience in administrating a Major Hospital of at least 500 beds or any health care organization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having MHA or MD Hospital Administration.
  • Eligibility criteria for deputation (including short-term contract):
    (i) Officers from Central /State Government, Autonomous Organizations, Research Institutions, Universities, Statutory Bodies, and PSU in analogous posts regularly or with 5 years of experience in the administration of a major Hospital of at least 50 beds or any health care organization and possessing education qualifications prescribed for direct recruitment.
    (ii) The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 (three) years. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation should not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of the application.

3. Post Name:- Executive Engineer (Civil)

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- By Composite Method (Deputation (ISTC)/Promotion)
  • Salary:- Pay Level-11
  • Eligibility criteria for Deputation (ISTC)/Promotion: Officers of the Central Government/State Governments/ Union Territories/ Autonomous Organizations/ Statutory bodies/Public Sector Undertaking/ University/ Recognized Research Institution.
    A.
    1. Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre/department; or
    2. With 05 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment regularly in Level 10 of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre /department.
    3. With 09 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment regularly in Level 7 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in a supervisory capacity in the parent cadre/department
    and
    B.
    1. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.
    2. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institute with 07 years of practical experience in planning designing and construction work.

4. Post Name:- Senior Bio-Medical Engineer

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- Composite Method: Deputation (including Short Term Contract (ISTC)/ Promotion.
  • Salary:- Pay Level-11
  • Eligibility criteria for Deputation (including Short Term Contract(ISTC)/Promotion: Officers of the Central Government/State Governments/ Union Territories/ Autonomous Organizations /Statutory bodies/ Public Sector Undertaking/University/ Recognized Research Institution.
    A.
    i. Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre/department; or
    ii. with 05 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment regularly in Level 10 of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent /department and
    B. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.
    1. B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics or Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Medical Engineering from a recognized University.
    2. Five years experience in a relevant field in a Medical institute in installing and maintaining medical equipment.

5. Post Name:- Senior Stores Officer

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- By Composite Method (Deputation (ISTC)/ Promotion).
  • Eligibility criteria for Deputation, including short-term contract (ISTC)/Promotion: Officers of the Central Government/State Governments/ Union Territories/ Autonomous Organizations /Statutory bodies/ Public Sector Undertaking/University/ Recognized Research Institution.
    A.
    i. Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre/department; or
    ii. with 05 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment regularly in Level 10 of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and
    B. Possessing the following educational qualification:
    i. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent;
    ii. Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management of a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent; and
    iii. Not less than 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in handling stores; preferably medical.

6. Post Name:- Junior Medical Officer (Transfusion & Blood Bank)

  • No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- By Direct Recruitment.
  • Upper age limit:- 40 years.
  • Salary:- Pay Level-10
  • Educational Qualification & Experience:
    1. MD Pathology/Transfusion Medicine with one year’s experience in a recognized Blood Bank.
    OR
    MBBS with a Diploma in Pathology or Transfusion Medicine with one year’s experience in a recognized Blood Bank.
    2. Must be registered with the State Medical Council

7. Post Name:- Medical Physicist

  • No of posts:- 1 [1-OBC (PH) (OL)]
  • Mode of Recruitment:- By Deputation
  • Salary:- Pay Level-10
  • Eligibility criteria for Deputation:
    Officers working in hospitals under the Central/State Govt. Autonomous/Statutory bodies and PSU holding analogous posts regularly or with 3 (three) years of regular service preferably in a Medical college/Institute in the Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade pay of Rs.4600/- or equivalent and Possessing the following qualification prescribed.
    1. M.Sc in Medical Physics or equivalent from a recognized University OR
    2. (i) M.Sc in Physics from a recognized University.
    (ii) A postgraduate diploma/degree in Radiological/Medical Physics from a recognized University/Institution.
  • The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
