NHPC Limited Recruitment 2024: National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited has released an employment notification for the Recruitment Drive (SRD) for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates for the post of 89 Trainee Engineer in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Discipline through the GATE-2022 score and Trainee Officer (Finance) through the CA/CMA score. Selection Process for NHPC Limited Recruitment 2024: Trainee Engineer Vacancy
For Trainee Engineer (Civil), Trainee Engineer (Mechanical), and Trainee Engineer (Electrical), candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the normalized marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2022 and online document verification. Provisionally selected candidates shall be extended an “Offer of Appointment” on a provisional basis.

Candidates belonging to the OBC (NCL) category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 250 plus applicable taxes (i.e., Rs. 295). Bank charges and processing charges, including GST (if any), shall be extra and be borne by the candidate. The SC/ST/PwBD/Ex.SM category candidates need not pay the registration fee. A fee once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility and the correctness of the information on the application form before paying the registration fee.

- Matriculation or secondary school certificate as proof of date of birth.
- A complete set of mark sheets or certificates in support of qualification.
- Caste certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India. In the case of OBC candidates, the community certificate should have been issued within 6 months before the date of registration.
- A disability certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
- A certificate from the principal stating that the candidate has passed the course on a full-time or regular basis (except AMIE) certified by the university or institution from which they have obtained the bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
- The certificate for conversion of grades or CGPA to percentage of marks shall be based on the procedure certified by the university or institution from which they have obtained the bachelor’s degree, and
- Copy of the GATE-2022 scorecard/Registration Form and Copy of the CA/CMA Certificate, as applicable.
- Declaration related to reported medical ailments, deficiencies, or abnormalities and declared unfit by any government authority or PSU during a medical examination.
- Declaration related to arrest, prosecution, detention, conviction, debarment, or disqualification by any Public Service Commission from appearing in its examination.
