RMSA West Jaintia Hills Recruitment 2023: District School Education Officer & District Project Coordinator, RMSA, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Headmaster and Assistant Teachers in upgraded Govt & SSA UP Schools in West Jaintia Hills District on a contract basis. The last date for submission of the application is 13.10.2023.

1. Post Name:- Headmaster

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- B.Ed. & preferably postgraduate in any stream with 3 years experience in teaching and at least 2 years experience in school administration

2. Post Name:- Assistant Teacher in Social Science

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- B.Ed. & Graduate in Arts Preferably with a Major in one of the Subjects.

3. Post Name:- Assistant Teacher in English

• No of posts:- 3
• Essential Qualification:– B.Ed. & Graduate in Arts with a Major in English.

4. Post Name:- Assistant Teacher in Science

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- B.Ed. & Graduate in Science (Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology) with a Major

5. Post Name:- Assistant Teacher in MIL

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- B.Ed & Graduate in Arts with a major in Khasi.

6. Post Name:- Assistant Teacher in Mathematics

• No of posts:- 3
• Essential Qualification:- B.Ed. & Graduate in Science (PCM) preferably B.Sc. with a major in Mathematics.

Age limit:- Candidates must be a citizen of India and should be between 18 years and 32 years of age as of 01/01/2023, however relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste is allowed and also for those already serving in Government Aided Schools upper age limit is 40 years.

Salary:- Rs. 29,000/- per month

The general qualification is Graduate/Preferably Post Graduate in the Subject of Arts/Science with a B.Ed. as an essential qualification. Those without B. Ed, need not apply.
