• Essential Qualification:– Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferable) degree in relevant fields such as public administration, public health, education, development studies, economics, management, and other related fields.
• Experiences, Skills & Attributes:
  1. 4+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 1 year working within a government or government agency, preferably in Meghalaya.
  2. Prior training and experience in adaptive management frameworks such as Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation and Adaptive Leadership
  3. Self-starter who can thrive in a “start-up” setting by taking ownership and initiative
  4. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills; able to effectively synthesize information to connect with diverse audiences
