7. SSF: 296 Posts - Age limit:- Candidate age must be between 18 to 23 years as of 1st January 2024. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-2001 and later than 01-01-2006 in normal course. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates.
- Salary:– Pay Level-3 (Rs 21,700-69,100)
- Essential Qualification:- The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.

Selection Procedure
The selection process for SSC Constable GD will consist of the following stages:

- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/ Review Medical Examination (RME) and
- Document Verification
