5. In compliance with the recent Judgement and Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 28/11/2023, in the case of Jalveer Singh & Ors Versus The State of Uttarakhand and Ors, 18 months D.El Ed Diploma Course holders under NIOS are not eligible.
