IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2024: Executive, Associate Project & Mentor Vacancy (7 Posts)

IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2024: The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 07 Executive Project, Associate Project, and Mentor vacancies. The last date for submission of the application is January 08, 2024.

1. Post Name: Senior Executive-Project

• No. of posts: 02 (Two)
• Educational Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably social work, rural development, economics, MBA, or social science.
• Experience: (i) PG with 3+ years of work experience or UG with 5+ years of work experience with a proven track record of implementation in social and community development projects, especially livelihood or entrepreneurial development projects. (ii) Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of project reports, business plans, and report writing for projects.
• Salary: Rs.29,000/- to Rs.40,000/-

2. Post Name: Executive-Project

• No. of posts: 03 (Three)
• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work/Rural Development/Economics/MBA & Social Science.
• Experience: (i) 2+ years of work experience with a proven track record of implementation in Social/ Community development projects especially in livelihood or entrepreneurial development projects. (ii) Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of Project reports, Business plans & report writing of projects.
• Salary: Rs.23,000/- to Rs.30,000/-

3. Post Name: Associate-Project

• No. of post: 01 (One)
• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work/Rural Development/Economics/MBA & Social Science.
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience with a proven track record of implementation in Social/ Community development projects especially in livelihood development projects.
• Salary: Rs.21,000/- to Rs.25,000/-

4. Post Name: Mentor

• No. of post: 01 (One)
• Educational Qualification: PG with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience in operations for-profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions in any course with mathematics as a subject till class XII, preferably from a management/commerce or engineering background.
• Salary: Rs.35,000/-
