APS Happy Valley Recruitment 2023: Army Public School Happy Valley, 58 GTC, Shillong has released an employment notification for the recruitment of TGT, PRT, and Computer Lab Assistant. The last date for submission of the application is 6th November 2023.

1. Post Name:- TGT (ADHOC)

• No of posts:- 2
• Subject wise vacancy list:-
  1. Maths: 1 Post
  2. Sanskrit: 1 Post
• Essential Qualification:- Graduate (With the subject in which the employment is sought), B.Ed and equivalent with 50% marks in each. In case the candidate has not got 50% marks in graduation but has obtained 50% or more in PostGraduation in the subject, the candidature will be valid. Preference will be given to CTET/TET qualified
  candidates with 60% Marks and candidates qualifying for the Online Screening Exam (OST) conducted by AWES.

2. Post Name:- TGT PET (ADHOC)

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:-
  Bachelor’s Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 50% marks OR Bachelor’s Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 45% marks and participation in National or State or Inter-University competition in sports and games or athletics recognized by the Association of Indian University or Indian Olympics Associations
  OR
  Bachelor’s Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 45% marks and having participated in National or State Inter-University competitions in games or athletics Preference will be given to candidates qualifying the Online Screening Exam (OST) conducted by AWES

3. Post Name:- TGT Librarian (ADHOC)

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- B.Lib Science or graduate with a diploma in Library Science from a recognized institute and computer literate with a minimum of 3 years experience.

4. Post Name:- PRT Special Educator (ADHOC)

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- Graduate with B.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed General with a year Diploma in Special Education.

5. Post Name:- PRT Art & Craft (ADHOC)

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:-
  Higher Secondary/ Intermediate/ Senior Secondary Examination with minimum 04 years full-time diploma in painting/fine arts from a recognized institute
  OR
  Graduate with Drawing and Painting/ Art/ Fine Art with minimum two years full-time diploma from a recognized institute
  OR
  MA in drawing and Painting/ Fine Art from a recognized University.

6. Post Name:- Computer Lab Assistant (Contractual)

• No of posts:- 1
• Essential Qualification:- Minimum 10 +2 with a Diploma in Computer Science (Three years/ Any Equivalent) and knowledge of Hardware, Peripherals, and Networking.

Age limit

As of 01 April of the year of Appointment, the age of the candidate should be :

• Fresh Candidate (No Experience):– Below 40 years
• Experienced candidates (incl ESM):– Below 57 years
